About The Engineers

Dan White

Pearson Engineering welcomed Dan to our engineering team in January 2009. He brought significant experience as a CAD Technician, as well as previous experience in marketing and IT management.

After earning his BFA from Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia, Dan attended Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in North Carolina, where he earned his CAD Certificate after successful completion of courses in computer aided drafting, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and construction technology.

Dan is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP, and he is a gifted drafter of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems for commercial construction. He has also had experience with a wide range of computer graphics software, including graphic design, animation and 3D modeling packages.

Madison Area Technical College – Data Closet Cooling
This project provided cooling upgrades for 13 data closets and a central data center. Equipment upgrades included a rooftop unit and a heat-recovery chiller.

St. Mary’s Medical Center, Duluth MN – Pharmacy Relocation
Project included air handling upgrades and air distribution modifications. Completed in Revit MEP.

Madison Area Technical College – Boiler Replacement
Project included replacement of a large, non-condensing boiler with several high-efficiency condensing boilers, and included the simplification of system pumping through piping corrections and elimination of unnecessary pumps.
