We worked with an industrial hygienist to investigate a “sick building” complaint. After determining the complaints were not caused by air quality, we installed temperature and humidity data loggers in the spaces where the complaints originated. We learned the constant volume reheat system was operating improperly and described the corrections to the Owner. After the corrections were made, the complaints stopped.

The old BAS in this building was poorly controlling equipment and frequently failing. We designed a new open protocol BAS and worked with a control vendor who was providing service for this Owner in another building nearby.
