Our HVAC design of this facility included high efficiency boilers, air cooled chillers with indoor remote evaporators, CV and VAV AHUs, reheat coils, VAV boxes, and radiant floor heat in main entries. We provided extensive onsite functional testing of controls to allow the Owner to move into the building on schedule, without going through normal growing pains they have experienced with other new mechanical systems. We maintained review of system operations, alarms, and trends after occupancy through a VPN tunnel on the Hospital’s network.
