Pearson Engineering worked on numerous remodeling designs over a 10+ year span that began in 1997. Our most notable project spanned multiple years, and was a life safety upgrade to the entire facility. Every aspect of the HVAC system was verified for locations of fire, smoke, and combination dampers, and plans were updated to reflect the current state of systems and fire/smoke walls. Once the verification was complete, plans were created to modify locations of system dampers based on their need per code. Color-coded plans showing zones served by each AHU system, as well as locations of system dampers, were turned over to the Owner for future maintenance use.
