System & Retro Commissioning

We help owners assess their existing building systems. Commissioning can be a cost-effective way to improve energy efficiency and make sure the system operates properly.

Our team offers commissioning for the following:

• Retro-commissioning for existing HVAC systems

During this process, we work with the installing contractor and building engineer to conduct functional testing. We want to make sure all components and control logic operate correctly.

For example, we simulate various times of the day and outdoor conditions to confirm that the temperature control and monitoring system meet specifications.

Requested demonstration sessions also serve as training for building engineering staff.

Through commissioning, we confirm that the system meets contractual and functional obligations. It should provide comfortable and efficient use of the building upon completion of construction.
