Engineering services for HVAC and process support systems, including a Natural Gas use reduction effort for a facility of 1.5 million square feet of manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces.  A heating system was replaced, and the connected steam load reduced.  A steam system was converted from high to low pressure steam, utilizing the existing steam distribution systems, and converting industrial parts washers from high to low pressure steam.  In addition, a new boiler plant has been installed and winterization energy management processes were developed to close up the building and to ensure summer ventilation equipment is shut down.  This $3.0 M project was offset by a Department of Energy (ARRA) Grant for $1.3 M.
